Week 19. January 9-13.

“Here is an essential principal of education: to teach details is to bring confusion; to establish the relationship between things is to bring knowledge.”

—Maria Montessori, From Childhood to Adolescence

We had a busy week with some snowy days.  The children had a wonderful time slicing, chopping, and peeling all the donations for our food prep shelves.  In our cultural studies, we began exploring a new continent: Asia.  On Friday, we enjoyed making our own pizzas.  Thank you to all the families who donated ingredients!
